L.A.X Will Bigger than Wizkid & Davido
The interview started with questions about the singer’s current projects. He spoke about his forthcoming album and what to expect from the project, before going on to state his big target for the next 12 months.

What new projects are you working on at the moment?
“Right now I’m working on my album. Last year I was working on it but I lost my hard drive on which I had close to 90 songs on. This happened early last year after I dropped ‘Run away’. I felt like there was a reason I lost those songs, so I focused on creating a new sound for myself. So when you hear my music now you will notice that the sound is different from what I had on ‘Caro’ or ‘Ginger’. It’s now a different vibe all together. I just felt like that is the direction God wants me to go. Right now my album is on the way and it will be ready before the end of the year.”
Why didn’t you follow the trend now by dropping an EP instead of an album?
“There are so many reasons I’m putting out an album. First, I haven’t put out a body of work and I have been in the game for a while now. Also, I feel like because of my transition I have to drop a body of work for people to understand my new sound. I record almost every day so I have a lot of songs and they are not supposed to be seating on my laptop. I’m supposed to let people hear the amazing music I have. So that’s why I think I should drop an album. I actually have like five albums.”
Any notable collaboration?
“Yes. I have one with Davido, Young Bin from UK, Daddy Showkey (which is going to be a classic) and I also have one with Victoria Kimani.”

Banky W has reacted to the report that himself, Simi and Debola Lagos of Red Media were commissioned with N200 Million to work for President Buhari’s re-election bid.
The singer alongside other popular figures in the entertainment industry were said to have been commissioned to launch a N67MillionYouth project to “sell” President Buhari to Nigerian youths as the candidate to vote for in the 2019 Presidential election.
Banky W has come out on Twitter, not to deny the existence of the reported initiative but to say that it is 100% free of government influence, as against the initial report. He also stated that the project has no ties with any government administration and that there is no pay involved.

Nick Jonas And Priyanka Chopra Engaged
And while the newly engaged couple has been hot on the scene for a short while, it seems as though Nick knew fairly early on that his leading lady was the one.
Earlier this month, the singer shut down the Tiffany & Co. store in London to check out diamond engagement rings for his future wife.
Nick and Priyanka first sparked rumors of a romance back at the 2017 Met Gala, where they walked the red carpet together. However, fans really started to question their relationship status in May after the celebs were spotted spending a lot of quality time together in Los Angeles.
And ever since then, the two have been nearly inseparable on both coasts, in Europe and India during a trip to meet her family and to celebrate one of her close friend's weddings.
This will be the first marriage for both stars. Nick was previously linked to Miley Cyrus , Selena Gomez and was rumored to have been dating Kate Hudson back in 2015.

Davido gave a peek at his next set of moves. The singer asked his fans to pray for him because he recorded a major collaboration which could change his life forever. The singer has been seen around a lot of International music stars of late.
He was recently seen with Drake at the Wireless UK Festival. In another instance, he was seen with DJ Khaled. He also once spent time with popular US music group, Migos. The major collaboration he tweeted about might be with any of these global music stars.

Wizkid "SOCO" Most Searched Article On Google
At the recently held Google For Nigeria event it was announced that Soco is among the most searched phrases by Nigerians on the search engine this year. Other words that featured on the list includes; “how to dance shaku shaku” and “Worldcup fixtures”
Soco was released as a single earlier in the year. The song is composed of verses from Wizkid, Terri, Spotless and Ceeza Milli. The song has since become a big hit such that it is being tipped for an award at the close of the year.

Demi Lavato Hospitalized for Drug Over
an apparent heroin overdose, TMZ reported .
Los Angeles Police Department officials
confirmed to CBS News that they responded to a
drug overdose at the 8000 block of Laurel View
Drive in Hollywood Hills, California, where
Lovato's home is located.
A source told ET that Lovato was "stable." A
spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire
Department told ET that at 11:22 a.m. they
responded to a medical need call and
transported a 25-year-old female patient to a
local hospital. CBS News has reached out to
Lovato's representative.
Lovato has talked openly before about her
struggle with substance abuse. In June, she
released a song called "Sober" about a relapse
after six years of sobriety. In the song, she
apologized for letting down her family and
fans.
The singer performed at the California Mid-
State Fair on Sunday with her friend, Iggy
Azalea. Azalea revealed to ET that she knew
about Lovato's relapse and was worried
someone would use the news against her, but
said ultimately, she was proud of Lovato for
sharing her struggle in "Sober."
"I was just really proud of her that she was
honest, because it's really hard to be honest
with yourself," Azalea told ET. "So, to be honest
with the whole world, [to share] something that
you struggled with very publicly, it's something
that is very admirable. I was very proud of her
to see her write that song and put it out."
In February, Lovato told CBS News that her
single, "Tell Me You Love Me" was actually about
conquering her addiction as well. "People think
it's a breakup song," she said, "but it's actually
kind of a breakup song with myself and my bad
habits."
In March, Lovato revealed that she had such a
bad experience at the 2016 Met Gala that she
thought about relapsing. She said she went
straight to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting
instead. Lovato called the affair "a terrible
experience."
In a 2016 interview on CBS Sunday Morning ,
Lovato said her 4 years of sobriety was more
important than her career. "Because of that, I'm
now sitting here right now, alive and more
successful than I've ever been…Like yes, it's cool
that I'm successful, but the most successful thing

Teddy A & BamBam is Over
It seems the romance that started from the BBNaija show, between Teddy A and BamBam, has ended, or perhaps been paused. This is coming from the answers given by the two reality show stars to questions about their love, during a recent radio interview.
During an interview on Urban FM, Teddy A seemed to distance himself from a partnership with Bambam. The singer was asked, ‘Where is your love interest or your so called love interest from the big brother house Bambam? I thought you guys were becoming like a duo brand or something?’
In response he said; ‘As for the duo brand, I dont know about that, yeah it’s a very good idea but we are both separate brands. I am Teddy A and she is Bambam and she is doing a lot of good things’
He was asked a more direct question, ‘Are you guys still like together?’ and he replied “Next Question”
The interviewer pressed for an answer by asking, “Is that a yes,a no or a maybe?” Teddy A then said, “It is in between, EOD!!”
Later during the interview Teddy A said “It’s about making money right now. We have been gone for three months” and Bambam seemed to echo his point when she said, “these people would not look at our faces if we are drinking garri.”
The report comes just few days after the couple were spotted at an INEC office, where they turned up to collect their PVC alongside comedian, Lasisi Elenu.
Recall that after their eviction from the reality show, the duo shared their intention to take advantage of the platform given to them as a result of participating on the BB Naija show.

Tiwa Savage And Yemi Alade Beef Alert
